Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
